Project Description

Recently featured in Plastics In Packaging’s list of top 20 designs of the last 20 years the Ariel Gel bottle is still going strong after 10+ years in the market.

This innovative shape and dispensing system allowed the brand to migrate from a traditional HDL to a condensed gel formulation saving close to 50% on packaging by weight.

The bottle is also a tottle meaning it is used upside down eliminating residual product wastage. To facilitate this category first initiative a new puck filling line needed to be developed to support filling of inverted bottles.

Lots of great stuff on this project, more information coming soon.
